Red Velvet Brownies






Ingredients

§  1 1/2 cups sugar
§  3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
§  1 teaspoon vanilla
§  2 eggs
§  2 oz red food coloring
§  1 cup flour
§  1/4 cup cocoa
§  pinch of salt
§  1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
1.       Butter a 9 inch square pan.
2.      Preheat oven to 350F.
3.      Cream the sugar and melted butter until smooth.
4.      Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each.
5.       Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the butter mixture.
6.      Spread in the pan and bake 25 – 30 minutes.
7.       Take the brownies out of the oven when they are slightly underdone.
8.      Cool completely before cutting.
